Solid Granite Bed and Head Stock: A Steel City exclusive, the granite bed and head stock gives you the added weight you need for a lathe and will never twist, warp, rust or corrode.

2 Speed Variable Speed: 500 to 3,800 RPM allows for maximum torque when turning at lower speeds.

12" Swing Over the Bed: Allows you to create a variety of decorative projects up to 12" in diameter.

27" Between Centers: The largest of any small lathes allows ample capacity for turning without the need for a bed extension.

External Hinged Access Doors: Allows for quick access to belts and pulleys for changing speeds or replacement of belt.
